I’m honoured to be participating this year as a Featured Speaker and Gold Sponsor, contributing to a space that encourages people to be more informed, prepared, and engaged in their own lives as they age.

I’ll be presenting “Living and Aging Well: Taking Ownership of the Life You’re Still Creating”, based on my book Living and Aging Well: A Practical and Holistic Guide for Older Adults, Families and Helping Professionals. This session explores how our beliefs, choices, and level of engagement shape not only how long we live—but how well we live.
