Reiki, Wellness & Intuitive Session

A spacious, individualized session drawing from Reiki, wellness coaching, intuitive guidance and reflective conversation.
Rather than following a predetermined formula, our time together responds to what you bring to the session and what emerges through our conversation and Reiki practice.
With your interest and consent, I may also incorporate spiritual and intuitive tools such as meditation, grounding practices, oracle or Tarot cards, pendulum work or intuitive insights.
My nursing background informs the way I listen, communicate and consider the whole person, while remaining clearly separate from medical assessment, diagnosis or treatment.
Some sessions may centre primarily around Reiki. Others may involve more conversation, intuitive exploration or spiritual guidance.
The intention is not to fit you into a modality, but to create enough time and space to explore what will be most supportive and meaningful for you.
A sacred hour devoted entirely to you — your body, your energy, your soul’s quiet whispers. This deeply restorative session blends intuitive energy work with heart-centered coaching to help you release what no longer serves and return home to yourself.
Each session may include, but not be limited to:
- Chakra balancing to restore your natural energetic flow
